Pentland is a Scottish Manufacturing company which has clothing, hometextile and furniture covers production sites based in Lithuania, Belarus and Moldova.

Pentland Scotland is well known as tailored manufacture which had their own production in Glasgow since 1973. In 1985 full operation been moved to Eastern Europe with main office and few own factories located in Vilnius.

In the last 20 years Pentland had developed their own sites in Lithuania:
• Sample room which can handle small orders and collections. Within this site pattern cutters, grading facilities available.
• Garments factory produce high quality of ladies and mens outwear Orders from 20 till 2000 pcs.
• Factory for funiture covers, hometextile can handle orders from 50 till 2500 pcs per week.

Our advantage are that we are not attached to just our own factories, we can offer a larger range of goods and in our company we employ technicians with expert knowledge of most fields and products. We are a technical organization set up to negotiate price, maintain quality and organize on time deliveries. Sometimes dealing directly with a single factory places you on the factory’s priority list, but maybe not number one. Our role is to act primarily for our customer and ensure all aspects of production are done to their satisfaction and through good negotiation take much of the hassle and uncertainty away. Through negotiation we can offer low prices generally a lot lower than dealing directly and because of our customer loyalty give an honest service.

Pentland specializes in the manufacture of the whole spectrum of men and female clothing: dresses, blouses, skirts, trousers, jackets, suits, coats. Our garments production trends: casual wear, cocktail and evening dresses, modern classic and corporate wear for men and women. We also produce furniture cushion covers and home textile items.

Pentland provides a fully Outsourced Service for major Retailers in Europe in support of Fully Factored (FF) and Cut, Make and Trim (CMT) contracts. Pentland provides a turnkey Manufacturing Service ranging from Materials Sourcing, Sample Production, Costing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Distribution including overall quality control. Technical work performed includes Patterns, Digitising, Grading and Lay Markers. Pentland has its own warehouse whereby all cloth is inspected prior to going to the factories and can also warehouse materials prior to production.

Production capacity is 1 million garments annually.

Production cycle takes 3-5 weeks after the reception of materials.

We are a private label producer working with both small and larger well-known brands of garments and furniture.

Logistic is very important in our trade which cover sourcing of materials, continuous production flow and product realisation to our customer. Aiming to improve the customer service we can offer reliable logistic companies which are working with us many years and can help us to collect materials from all the world and deliver garments to any location safely and on time.

Pentland has contracts with major European transportation companies who deliver and collect throughout Europe. We can deliver to your warehouse whether the product is flat packed or on hangers.
